The Association of Disabled People of Uzbekistan, with the support of the Public Foundation of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a seminar on ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in Jizzakh on October 07, 2023. Семинар-тренинг, посвященный подготовке альтернативному докладу. 14 сентября в Ташкенте состоялся семинар-тренинг, посвященный подготовке альтернативному докладу по реализации Конвенции о правах людей с инвалидностью. Мероприятие было организовано Национальным центром Республики Узбекистан по правам человека в сотрудничестве с ПРООН и Ассоциацией инвалидов Узбекистана в рамках Совместной Программы “Реализуя подход, основанный на правах детей, молодежи и женщин с инвалидностью в Узбекистане”.

Региональное отделение Ассоциации инвалидов Узбекистана по Самаркандской области провело мониторинг в Международном аэропорту Самарканда 25 августа текущего года на основании градостроительных норм и правил “Проектирование строительных объектов с учетом потребностей лиц с ограниченными возможностями и пожилых людей” от 2.07.02-22 октября 26 декабря 2022 года. В ходе мониторинга были изучены адаптация и созданные условия для лиц с ограниченными возможностями и даны необходимые рекомендации по выявленным недостаткам.
