Adaptation of legislation to the Convention: round table with international and national organizations in Uzbekistan

A round table on "Adaptation of national legislation to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities"was held. The round table was organized jointly with the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs and the Association of Persons with Disabilities of Uzbekistan. Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Association of Disabled People of Uzbekistan, Syracuse University, (USA) The World Bank, the United Nations Development Program and the OSCE, the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the UNFPA Foundation and a number of other organizations.
