The importance of this right cannot be overemphasized, especially in the context of persons with disabilities who face special challenges in the educational process. This report focuses on the analysis of the right to education for persons with disabilities, key legislative acts, existing programs and challenges, as well as modern approaches to ensuring access to education for all.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> International norms and legislation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The right to education for persons with disabilities is recognized internationally in a number of important documents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (2006) is a key international document that establishes that persons with disabilities have the right to education on the basis of equality with others. These programs include the development of individual curricula and the provision of special teaching services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Educational technologies and tools \u2014 use of technologies to create adaptive learning materials and teaching methods, such as programs for reading text aloud, magnifying devices, and specialized software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Awareness-raising projects \u2014 educating educators, creating dedicated resources, and conducting workshops to raise awareness of the needs of students with disabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Challenges and challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Despite existing legislative and programmatic initiatives, significant challenges remain:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inequality in access \u2014 not all educational institutions have the necessary resources to provide full-fledged education for students with disabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Stereotypes and biases - Biased attitudes on the part of teachers and peers can become a barrier to successful integration and learning of students.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lack of specialized training \u2014 a lack of qualified specialists working with children with special needs, as well as a lack of specialized educational materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Prospects and recommendations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To improve the situation, you need to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop inclusive educational practices and ensure their widespread implementation in educational institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Improve teacher training \u2014 introduce training and professional development programs for teachers working with children with disabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Encourage the creation and implementation of new technologies and learning resources that can facilitate learning for people with disabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Increase funding and support for educational institutions that work with children with disabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conclusion<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The right to education for persons with disabilities is an important part of ensuring equality and social justice.
