MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF DISABLED PEOPLE OF UZBEKISTAN
THEIR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Non-governmental non-profit organizations engaged in
disability issues, as well as enterprises where persons with disabilities work
disability, according to the application submitted on their behalf, can be
members of the Association of Disabled People of Uzbekistan.
The members of the Association fully retain their independence and the rights of a legal entity. Members of the Association of Disabled People of Uzbekistan have equal rights and equal responsibilities.
The Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan does not interfere in the activities and internal affairs of its members; in turn, the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan does not interfere in the internal affairs and activities of the Central Administration
Admission to the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan and expulsion from the Association are carried out by decision of the Central Board. The amount of entrance and membership fees and dues is determined by the decision of the Central Board. Admission and membership fees are paid on a voluntary basis.
Decisions on expulsion from the Union, other than voluntary withdrawal from the Union, are made in cases of:
non-compliance with the statutory requirements of the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan; systematic non-participation in activities initiated by the Association of Persons with Disabilities of Uzbekistan; Associations, if the activities of a member of the Union of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan contradict the goals and objectives;
If he is a member of the Union of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan by his actions impedes the activities of the association; when a member of the Association of Disabled People of Uzbekistan causes material and organizational moral damage by his actions.

Members of the Union of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan have the following rights:
Free entry and exit to membership of the Disabled Association of Uzbekistan;
election and election to the governing bodies of the Disabled Association of Uzbekistan through its representatives;
participation in events organized by the Disabled Association of Uzbekistan;
free participation in meetings of the governing bodies of the Disabled Association of Uzbekistan to express their views on the issues under consideration;
;
receive information on the charter activities of the Disabled Association of Uzbekistan;
May the Disabled Association of Uzbekistan receive assistance in the consideration of issues in the bodies of state power and management.
Members of the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan have the following responsibilities:
Comply with the requirement of the Charter of the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan; Actively participate in the implementation of the goals and objectives of the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan; Do not take actions that damage the reputation and property of the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan; Implement the decision of the governing bodies of the Association of Disabled Persons of Uzbekistan.
